Would like to know if it makes it better, please and if there is any advice for duration of process in my machine ?

    My intuition is that it could be good with some sophisticated vinegars. But I never tried.
    Will come back to you in a few days (have only vinaigrette mix at the moment°

    Pouring a small quantity of PAMS Balsamico Vinegar of Modena in a shot glass... shows vinegar is probably as good for the teeth as for window cleaning:D and so harsh for the throat :D;)
    Bonificateur ADAGE made temperature elevation of 9°C in 30'' - as I noted a change in "tasting" I went up to one minute and found some better taste and a definitely less harsh.
    I'll definitely will not use vinegar to any other use out of the range of making vinaigrettes... But I might suggest to try to process with some herbs... Tell me since not wishing to rince again and again my ADAGE as I suggest you to do.
